Ingredients

185 g unsalted butter

185 g best dark chocolate

85 g plain flour

40 g cocoa powder

50 g white chocolate

50 g milk chocolate

3 large egg

275 g golden caster sugar

Instructions

Break chocolate and butter up and melt over boiling water.

Turn oven on to 160C.

Sieve flour and cocoa powder into a bowl.

Whisk eggs and sugar together until thick.

Pour melted chocolate over the whisked eggs and fold in. Add in the flour and cocoa.

Pour the mixture into a tin and cook for 25 minutes.
