Jalfrezi paste

Instructions
- Peel garlic and ginger
- Put frying pan on medium to high heat and add the toasting spices to the dry pan
- Toast them for a few minutes until golden brown, then remove the pan from the heat.
- Grind the toasted spices into a powder.
- Mix everything in a blender until you get a smooth paste.
