Ingredients
2 big handfuls of pasta
half a packet of cheese
some bacon
1 tbsp of butter
1 tbsp sauce flour
3/4 pint milk
pepper
Instructions
- put oven on 190 C
- put on pan of boiling kettle water very full
- when bubbling add pasta -2 big handfuls
- grate half of pkt of cheese
- cut up bacon and fry
- while frying bacon put 1 large tablespoon of butter/marg and 1 of sauce flour in bowl and ΒΎ pint ? milk & pepper
- bung in microwave and stir after 2 mins then stir after every 1 min till thick
- after 15 mins taste 1 shape of pasta keep trying till tastes OK
- drain in colander
- add cheese to thick sauce βDONβT heat again after adding cheese (keep back bit for sprinkling on top)
- dab bacon with kitchen roll to get rid of excess fat
- tip pasta and bacon in dish β mix up with spoon
- pour over cheese sauce and mix in to coat thoroughly (sprinkle extra cheese if you like crunchy bits)
- bang in oven for 20min EAT!
