  275 g plain flour

  110 g sugar

  225 g butter

  75 g choc chips

  Instructions

  Cream the butter until it's soft. Add the sugar and mix until fluffy. Add the flour and choc chips.

  Put it in the fridge! This is important because if you cook it straight away the cookies won't keep their shape.

  Roll out and cut cookie shapes, and cook in the oven at 170C for 10-15 minutes.
